How do I book a room at Fortis Downtown Resort?+
Use Check Availability anywhere on this site to open the resort's own reservation system. Live availability, the current rate and the total for your dates are confirmed there, or by calling reservations on 01332 556282.
What room category does the resort offer?+
The resort publishes 08 Superior King rooms, furnished in a modern contemporary style with a work desk, smart TV, tea and coffee facilities and a green lawn view. Live inventory in the reservation system is authoritative.
Is the published room rate final?+
The official website shows BDT 10,000++ per night as a reference rate. All rates are subject to 10% service charge and 15% VAT, and the reservation system or reservations team confirms the current total.
Where is the resort?+
Holding 5702–5709, Fakirkhali Road, Boro Beraid, Badda, Dhaka-1212 — behind AKM Rahmatullah University College, inside Dhaka city.
Can I visit for the day without staying overnight?+
Yes. The resort publishes morning and evening daylong packages that include a meal and access to the pool, camp zone and playground. Daylong rates change, so the reservation desk confirms the current rate.
Can I hold a conference or wedding function here?+
Yes. The event area comprises four contemporary halls plus an expansive outdoor space and can host up to 1,000 attendees, with two conference rooms for up to 100 guests, a 450-guest banquet hall and a boardroom for smaller meetings.
What is included with a night stay?+
A welcome drink, breakfast for two at All Day Dining, Wi-Fi throughout the resort, swimming pool access, indoor and outdoor activities, in-room tea and coffee, two 500 ml water bottles, evening turndown service and use of the walking trail and playground.
How do staff sign in to the management system?+
A Staff Login link sits in the site header and footer and opens the resort's existing secure sign-in page. Guest pages never expose management data.
